About the Plant: Native to Europe, plantain is now widespread over the world. This plant can be found growing wild on roadsides, lawns, and in fields.
Uses: Used as a leaf poultice, plantain has been used by traditional herbalists to support wound healing. In Latin America, Plantain is used as a folk remedy for serious immune challenges*
Edgar Cayce Health Care Philosophy: Edgar Cayce recommended the plantain as a tea, poultice or stupe, (and most often) as a lotion for healing abrasions and reducing pain. Plantain was mentioned in 91 readings between 1910-1944 (14 readings). Various parts of the Plantain were specified for individuals cases. When used as a lotion, combination with butter (unsalted) or sweet cream was usually recommended.

Suggested Use:
1/2-1ml in a small amount of water three times daily. Not recommended for use longer than 2 weeks.
