Prompt Shipment
Express Delivery:
Express delivery (UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) is available during checkout. Costs will vary based on the package weight and shipment destination of your package. A physical street address is required for UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air packages.
Express delivery orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday to receive your shipment by the next or 2nd business day. UPS does not deliver Saturdays, Sundays or on National and Federal holidays. UPS does not include the day a package is picked up for shipment as included in the expedited delivery date.
Express orders are only permitted to ship to the billing address, unless the order is paid for with a Verified Paypal account.
All express orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will leave our shipping facility on the next business day. The UPS Service Guarantee (Express Shipping) does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to events of severe weather.
Express shipping is not available for shipments to locations outside the USA, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Ground Shipments:
Most standard ground orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) after receipt. Orders shipped to a Post Office Box may incur added charges depending on package weight. We will reply by email if additional shipping charges are applicable.
We do not drop ship to international addresses if paying with a USA issued credit or debit card. Payment must be submitted using a Verified PayPal account.
APO/AE, FPO/AE, USA Territories
Please allow additional time for shipments to these locations. Orders ship through the US Post Office. Liquids may not be permitted for transport to military addresses (APO/AE, FPO/AE, etc.). If a package is refused for shipment by the US Post Office, we are unable to refund original shipping charges.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available to website orders carrying a subtotal of $99.95 or more when shipping within the Contiguous USA via USPS or UPS Ground service.
Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO do not qualify for free shipping. This offer is not valid for telephone orders, mail orders, wholesale program orders, or orders with a weight of exceeding 50 lbs.
Payment Method:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All payments methods will be submitted to our credit card authorization center for address verification and approval. Please be sure to submit the correct credit card billing information when submitting your order through Check-Out.
High Value Shipping
Packages valued over $400 will require to be paid by PayPal and also require a confirmation signature at delivery. Please be sure that you are available for delivery. Non-deliverable orders returned to Baar Products will incur a return delivery charge and also incur charges for the original shipping cost. If the order is requested to be reshipped, the shipping and handling charges will need to be paid. Reshipments are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping To Multiple Addresses
The shopping cart does not currently allow you to ship to more than one address at a time. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please call Customer Service at 1-800-269-2502. If you prefer to place your multiple ship order(s) online, you will have to submit each order separately.
International Customers

Prior to ordering, we advise that you confirm with your country's customs office that the products you wish to order are permitted for import, as we are unable to refund product or shipping/handling charges for orders refused by international customs. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the product total on returned orders. All orders are shipped Airmail. Please note that shipping/handling costs are determined by package weight, destination and insurance. We do not pay for your country's imports taxes and duties, and they will be collected upon delivery. Our website will provide airmail shipping costs through the US Post Office. Select either Priority Mail International for an estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days from the package ship date. Select Express Mail International for an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, as there may be delays through International customs offices when processing the package.
IMPORTANT: VAT, duties, and fees will not be paid during the checkout process. They will be collected upon delivery. These added VAT costs may exceed the merchandise’s value.
Additional Delivery and Handling
Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO and Post Office Box addresses may be assessed additional shipping/handling charges based on package weight, insurance and destination. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO do not qualify for free shipping. Orders of 50 pounds or more will be assessed additional charges. We will reply by email if additional charges are applicable.
Refused Packages
Please note that a 20% restocking fee in addition to return package postage will apply to orders that have been shipped and either been refused or unclaimed by either the package receiver or International Customs Office. Those packages shipping Expedited or International delivery will be issued an actual charge of the return cost of the package in addition to a 20% restocking fee. This does not apply to packages damaged during delivery. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.
